Warranty
Your warranty is 100% transferable to the new owner.
Allied issues a Two (2) year Unconditional Limited Warranty which only warrants the section of the home where Allied has supported with pilings. Adjustments to pilings within the Two (2) year term will be done at no cost to the homeowner.
Allied issues a Five (5) year Unconditional Limited Warranty which only warrants the section of the home where Allied has supported with pilings. Adjustments to pilings within the Five (5) year term will be done at no cost to the homeowner
Allied issues a Ten (10) year Unconditional Lifetime Limited Warranty which only warrants the section of the home where Allied has supported with pilings. Adjustments to pilings within the Ten (10) year term will be done at no cost to the homeowner.
Allied issues a Lifetime Transferable Service Agreement which only warrants the section of the home where Allied has supported with pilings. In the event, any future adjustments to pilings are required, it will be done at no cost to the homeowner.
Yes, a lifetime warranty can be purchased to cover the cost past the initial warranty.
Foundation Repair
Yes. Exterior piers run about $350 per pier. Interior piers run about $450 per pier.

Our cost is $350 for outside and $450 for inside; there can be an additional cost for tunneling if it is needed or wanted. We provide free estimates so that our customers understand the costs upfront.

Root Barrier
Our cost is $75 per foot up* to 50 feet. After 50 feet, the cost is reduced to $50 per foot. There is a $1,500 minimum total.
